The Co-operative Bank (Co-op) has introduced a selection of current accounts that allow customers to pick and choose the options that most suit them.
Its new Privilege and Privilege Premier accounts can save customers more than £700 a year, the bank claims.
The new accounts also give customers the chance to take out one of three incentives when they open the account.
Option one gives customers free gadget insurance cover for MP3 players, digital cameras, laptops and DVD players worth £179.98.
The second option gives customers cover against fraud and identity theft, as well as handbag insurance.
And the final option entitles customers to four free airport lounge passes every year, as well as membership to Airport Angel and a passport and luggage recovery service worth £129.50.
Dick Parkhouse, managing director of retail at the Co-op said: "Until now, packaged accounts have been one-size-fits-all for customers."
Meanwhile, the Co-op has launched its most in-depth ethical policy study for 20 years, reports the Press Association.
